Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated Cape Home, Sea La Vie! We are centrally located in the historic Captain Hill District of South Yarmouth, MA. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is close to all that Yarmouth, Hyannis, and Dennis have to offer. Our house is just across the street from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, 1 mile from the Bayberry Hills Public Golf Course and Driving Range, and only 2.5 miles from both bay-side and ocean-side beaches in Yarmouth. It’s also just 6.5 miles from the ultimate sunsets at Dennis’ famous Corporation Beach! You’ll find easy access to many public ponds, parks, restaurants, and attractions nearby. After a great day at the beach, use our fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill to prepare your favorite meal or a classic Cape Cod lobster bake. Enjoy s’mores by the fire pit, play horseshoes in our private yard, or have some indoor fun with ping-pong and darts.
Ths Space
We have thoughtfully designed Sea La Vie for your most enjoyable experience. We manage the entire home ourselves, providing warm, personal service from start to finish. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom space comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with overflow accommodations for up to 9.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on either side of the downstairs bathroom, which is equipped with a washer and dryer. Also downstairs are two sitting rooms with TVs, each featuring a full-size pullout couch. A dedicated desk area is available as well. For indoor fun, we provide board games, puzzles, and cards. All bedrooms offer ample storage space for your belongings.

Master bedroom on the main floor with a fully adjustable king bed, large closet, and desk.
Bedroom 2 — “Octo Oasis”
Cozy queen bedroom with warm wood detailing, located on the lower level.
Bedroom 3 — “The Crabby Shack”
A simply luxurious king-sized bedroom, also on the lower level.

Guest Access
Front and back entry doors have smart lock keypads. You’ll have access to the entire main home and backyard (except the yard beyond the privacy fence). We have an attached private dwelling. The basement bulkhead door is for emergency use only.
4 cars fit in the driveway in front of the garage and along the road in front of the rope fence. Please do not park in the space in front of the attached dwelling.
Our welcome guide-book will be available when you arrive which includes house rules, check in/out procedures, and some other important details.
Please note that there is an active camera at the front door for security.
